Want colour and a haircut? Start in the combined category. Unsure about the colour process? Choose a consultation.
01
If you want both, book both
For example: a familiar colour refresh plus maintaining the ends belongs in colour & cut. The same refresh without cutting belongs in colour only. A significant new colour direction starts with a consultation, whether or not you also want a cut.
Cameron & Moo has separate colour and colour-and-cut categories in the booking menu. Use the combined category when you know you want your shape maintained or changed alongside your colour.
A colour-only appointment may not leave enough time to add a haircut on the day. Even a small change to the ends involves a cutting service; mention it when you choose your appointment.
02
Read the individual appointment description
A category narrows the options; it does not tell you everything that a specific service includes. Before confirming, check the selected appointment rather than assuming every colour option is the same.
Does the service explicitly include a haircut?
Is it the colour technique you normally have, or a different one?
What finishing service is included?
Have you selected the stylist and duration you intended?
03
A bigger change starts with a conversation
If your inspiration is a long way from your current hair—or you do not know which colour technique to select—begin with a consultation. Share your colour history, including home colour, and a few reference photos.
The guide can suggest a category. Your stylist can help decide the technique, the work involved and whether your colour and cutting goals fit one appointment.
04
Know your usual service?
Returning clients can go straight to booking. If your familiar appointment name is missing, contact the salon before choosing the nearest-sounding alternative. It is easier to clarify the time needed before the day of your visit.
