The short answer

Choose the service and stylist, check the price and time in booking, and bring your hair goals and history. For a major colour change or extensions, begin with a consultation.

Choose a starting point

If you know what you need, explore the service and stylist pages before opening booking. If you are unsure, Find your appointment offers a starting category without requiring an email address.

For a major colour change, colour correction or extensions, start with a consultation. The goal is to agree the work before reserving a service that may not fit.

Read the booking details

Check the service name, selected stylist, duration, current price and appointment terms. If you want a haircut alongside colour, choose an appointment that explicitly includes it.

Keep the confirmation and follow its instructions. If the category, time or confirmation is unclear, call the salon before booking something similar. Do the same if you need help cancelling or changing an existing appointment.

Bring a useful conversation

Choose a few references and explain the detail you like in each. Tell the stylist about your current routine, how often you want to return and the budget you want to plan around.

For colour, mention previous home colour, lightening and chemical services. If you have specific preparation instructions from the salon, follow those rather than general advice online.

Common questions

Do I need to give my email to use the guide?

No. You can get a starting recommendation without an email. An email is needed only if you choose to submit a private stylist review request.

Are salon hours the same as stylist availability?

No. The booking menu shows appointments for individual services and stylists. Café hours are separate too.
